Nice location. No more than a 10 minute walk to the train station, which made it not too difficult to walk with luggage (some steps walking over one canal bridge). In close proximity to eating establishments. Rooms and breakfast were very nice. Staff were friendly and accommodating. I would stay here again without hesitation.

Our daughter is studying abroad in Milan and found this hotel for us so that we would be within walking distance (or 1 metro stop) from her apartment. We were very happy with this hotel as it was very modern, had a very spacious room, big flat screen TV, lots of storage, and a modern bathroom. Having been in other cities in Italy previously, this was the most updated and closest to an American hotel room we have seen. The staff was very courteous and helpful. Would stay here again if returning to Milan.

5th floor triple room with balcony, recently renovated, location within step of the canal. The room was spacious, the beds comfortable. The heating/cooling system did not seem to be functioning properly, however, the open balcony door at night made the room very comfortable (we did not need to ask for attention to the air system). The breakfast personnel were very attentive and the food was always good. The front desk personnel always seemed rushed and had little time for questions. We very much liked the room and location. This hotel is in the final stages of renovation.
