Per un hotel con 4 stelle, stanza singola troppo piccola, televisore troppo alto ed inguardabile. personale impreparato a dare soluzioni.
Collegamento internet c'è ma non si riesce a stampare. Non ho potuto fare un biglietto aereo, ne il web check-in, perchè impossibile stampare i relativi documenti.

Our family really liked this hotel. The staff was always kind, attentive and helpful. The rooms are very clean. We had only one problem during our stay in the "Hotel del Corso" - breakfast was a bit poor. But in any case quality of food was good and everything was very fresh. So on our opinion there is only one thing to emprove - it's quantity of food and it's choise.

Some staff at counter could have more knowledge on what restuarants to recommend and what to avoid in the area. otherwise staff were very helpful.

In the best case this hotel could have three stars (not four!!!): hotel room was very, very small, so it was difficult to open the door, the scene from the window was terrible, breakfests the most tasteless I have ever eaten in Italy, the hotel lift was out of order for 4 days (I spent there 5).
